This website requires membership; membership is free and requires completing an online member profile that is user friendly. Members can post positions to a job posting board site.  The site can be access at http://chiwebgrrls.enteract.com/membersonly/jobs/addpost.asp

Jobs posted to the job posting board are summarized in the listserv with a link to the full description of the job posting.

This site is a great site to monitor daily in the digest version.  Many of the members will use the mail list to announce that they are looking for a job, get advice about interviewing and career information and resources.   

Additionally, this site does an excellent job of profiling it's members by skill-set.  The profiles are searchable.  

The Chicago Webgrrls have monthly meetings in downtown Chicago and recruiters are welcome.  Additionally, the group has many career sessions  and career related discussion that allow for corporate sponsorship opportunities throughout the year.
